What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and soon you will be able to make a payment using your Amazon account.

Shipping Info

How long until my order ships?
We pride ourselves in providing fast order processing and shipments. All orders ship within 1 business day. All items are in stock unless noted otherwise such as a pre-sale.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your item is packaged for shipment. Tracking may not update for up to 24 hours.

How do I check the status of my order?
Please go here and include your name and order number in the message.

Return Info

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned undamaged, unwashed and in the same condition your received it in. We cannot issue refunds for any used or damaged items. Washed or stained items are considered used and damaged.

How do I return an item(s)?
Please click here to send us a message and include your name and order number to begin the return process.

In a case where you ordered the wrong size, want to exchanged undamaged goods for a refund, or to exchange for a different size or design, the buyer must cover return shipping fees. We urge you to use a shipping method with tracking confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

In a case where we sent you the wrong item, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send it back and then send you the correct items. Please package the item back in the same manner which you received it in to avoid damage while the package is in transit.
